Dynamo – Fenerbahce: UEFA Cup Spot At Stake

The match is about to start so I’ll keep this brief. Dynamo needs to avoid a defeat in order to finish third in Group G and parachute into the UEFA Cup knockout round. They will be without the services of suspended Oleksandr Aliyev and injured Badr El Kaddouri. The snow has been cleared from the surface of Lobanovskiy Stadium, but the conditions should certainly still favor the hosts. Dynamo will be looking to finish the calendar year on a high note after a string of disappointing results. It would no doubt be a boost for the squad and its fans to head into the winter break with more European football to look forward to.
